Whatever your experience, you’ll find a huge range of holistic classes in our dedicated Mind & Body studio. We’ve got brilliant yoga and Pilates instructors, running some really popular sessions. Yoga and Pilates both increase your strength – yoga also makes you more relaxed, more flexible, and improves your muscle tone and energy levels. Pilates focuses on your core and cuts stress, while another class, BodyBalance, mixes yoga, Pilates and also Tai Chi. Why not try a new class today?

Group Exercise at Sidcup

Our group class facilities really are second to none here – we have three great studios and we offer more than 160 classes every single week. Our Mind & Body studio is dedicated to holistic based classes, if you’re looking for somewhere to work up a sweat head to the High Impact studio where we run lots of high intensity sessions and the Les Mills series, and finally our Group Cycling studio does what it says on the tin. If cycling is your thing, you’ll love the range of classes we put on – whilst we have some great sessions with instructors leading the class, we also have virtual sessions too. Try out a Sufferfest class, or a Les Mills Virtual Cycling session and you’re sure to get a good workout – plus, there’s a real community to the ‘virtual’ cycling scene here at Sidcup, so you’re likely to make some new friends too.
