Whether you're interested in yoga for fitness or stress relief, our Sidcup studio has daily yoga classes for members. The sessions are suitable for everyone from absolute beginners to those who have been practising for years. Work your core, get lost in the flow and find stillness.
Yoga classes are just one of the many ways to take care of your wellbeing as a member of our health club. After you've rolled up your mat, you can also enjoy our indoor and outdoor pools, play a game of tennis or make time for post-workout recovery with our spa facilities. As well as yoga classes, we have Pilates mat classes. Expect a dynamic energy full-body body session that will strengthen and tone your body in new ways, but also leave you feeling more mobile and flexible than ever before.
Our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through your practice. They are able to adapt poses for every ability, so everyone from beginners through to advanced students feels comfortable and engaged in their practice.
Yoga includes physical poses or ‘asanas’, breathing techniques and meditation. It can transform your health on many different levels, improving strength and coordination, as well as helping to lower stress levels.
