Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over. 
• Employees of the promoter and associated brands, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to participate. 
• The membership prize is redeemable at all David Lloyd Clubs in the UK, excluding David Lloyd Chelsea Harbour, and is subject to the club's standard membership terms and conditions

Entry Requirements:

• Participants must follow the entry instructions outlined in the Instagram giveaway post, which include liking the giveaway post and tagging somebody they nominate to win.
• Entries must be submitted via the specified Instagram post on the @davidlloydclubs account. 
• Only one entry per person will be counted. 
• The promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries it believes to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct. 

Prize Details:

• There will be one (1) winner who will receive: A 3-month David Lloyd Clubs Platinum Family Membership for two (2) adults and two (2)children. 
• The prize is valid at all David Lloyd Clubs in the UK, excluding David Lloyd Chelsea Harbour.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives are available. 
• The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. 
• The prize must be activated within 12 months of the winner being contacted. 

Entry Period:

• The giveaway opens on Monday 22nd June 2026 and closes on Sunday the 28th June 2026 at 23:59 GMT. 
• Entries submitted after this time will not be counted. 

Winner Selection & Notification:

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. 
• The winner will be contacted via direct message from the @davidlloydclubsofficialInstagram account on Monday 29th June 2025.
• The winner must accept the prize by responding to the message by Friday 3rd of July 2026. If no response is received by this date, a new winner may be selected.
