You just need to bring some comfortable swimwear and a towel - depending on your membership level. It's also a good idea to bring swimming goggles, some indoor only flip flops and a swim cap if you want to get the most from your swimming experience, but they're not essential.

Yes, swimming is included in all membership types. Swimming lessons, however, are available at an additional cost.
