What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a specialist machine known as a Reformer carriage. Using spring-based resistance, controlled movements and expert guidance, it helps build strength, improve posture and develop balance, flexibility and stability.

Reformer taster sessions

New to Reformer Pilates? Taster sessions offer a supportive introduction to the equipment, movements and foundational techniques used throughout class.

With guidance from our expert instructors, you’ll learn how to move safely and confidently on the carriage while discovering the strength, control and body awareness that make Reformer so effective.

Small group Reformer sessions

Some Clubs also offer extended small group Reformer sessions for a more personalised experience. With additional time and a smaller class setting, these sessions allow for more individual guidance, deeper technique work and greater attention to your movement and progression.

Reformer Align

A slower-paced Reformer class centred around mobility, alignment and release. Expect controlled, supportive movements designed to improve posture, increase flexibility and ease tension throughout the body.

Ideal for beginners, recovery-focused movement or anyone looking to reset and reconnect through mindful, precision-led training.

Reformer Refine

Build strength, control and confidence through classical Reformer Pilates techniques. With a strong focus on precision and progression, this structured session helps develop core stability, muscular endurance and refined movement patterns over time.

Reformer Define
