It’s not just the equipment that makes our gym special, it’s also our highly experienced personal trainers, who can help you really get the most from your workout. They are all qualified to Level 3 REPs (trust us, it’s good), and they’re great at helping you achieve your goals. All new members are set up with a free Personal Training test drive when they join – we’ll make sure you have a challenging programme set up, and we’ll review it regularly too.

Gym and Fitness at Sidcup

Here at David Lloyd Sidcup we’ve invested in all the latest kit to make sure that there’s something for all our members when they’re working out with us. Whether you want to get in a cardio session, try some of our strength equipment, or work hard on our functional training equipment, you can set your own pace and challenge yourself whenever you feel ready. The gym is just after our DLicious cafebar when you walk into the club and is a great space packed full with fun things for you to try. It’s based over two floors too, so there’s lots of space for you to have your own area and get in the zone.
