Our 'Learning Locker' is the hub for all training activity. It houses a suite of over 200 online eLearning lessons, support materials, assignments and is your booking gateway to in person or online training events. Use it to track and monitor your training progress while learning at your own pace.

Step Up to HOD - aimed at those looking to progress to a Head of Department role. Supported by key operational managers, this programme provides candidates with the skills and practical experience to help set them up for success.
Step Up to GM - our development programme for General Managers of the future. The programme is made up of workshops, workplace learning and coach and mentor support. With 80% of candidates progressing to a General Managers role, it’s a proven success.
We believe that leaders should never stop learning. Our 12-month Leadership Development Programme has been designed to help our Managers maximise their individual strengths while developing further leadership knowledge and capability.

All of our Sales Consultants and Sales Managers undergo an intense 2-week induction giving them the right tools to hit sales targets and key performance indicators right from the off.
