The selection process is different for each role due to level and qualifications needed. All roles, however, have a 1st stage behavioural based interview if successful on shortlist.
If you’re invited to an interview and need reasonable adjustments, just let the hiring manager know once you have confirmation of interview date and time.
Of course. We believe that many of our roles have transferable skills.
We collect diversity information at the application stage to make sure our recruitment processes are fair, inclusive and equitable. Knowing the demographic profile of our applicant pool also helps us see if our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts are working and identify any potential barriers to access.
Additionally, this information allows us to track our progress towards building a workforce that reflects the diverse communities we serve. But don’t worry, all diversity data collected is treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for internal purposes to enhance our diversity initiatives.
We recognise the importance of helping our Team Members balance their work and home life. Where appropriate, and dependent on role and business need, we may offer flexible working arrangements at a Manager’s discretion.
