Whether you’re new to the world of work or are looking for a change of direction, we have over 35 Apprenticeships Programmes available, from Customer Service to Leadership Degrees. Each programme is designed to support our recruits and develop the careers of our Team Members.
Intermediate
Intermediate Apprenticeships are ideal for career starters or for those looking to gain core skills that are needed in a new or developing role.
Advanced
Advanced Apprenticeships are normally a Level-3 programme which is the equivalent of two A Levels. Great developmental learning programmes or career starter programmes and are the perfect introduction for those changing direction.
Higher
Higher Apprenticeships are Level 4 and 5 programmes – the equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree or a foundation degree. The perfect route for those who want to be challenged in their role or grow towards their next opportunity.
Degree
Degree Apprenticeships give you the opportunity to work while you study, gaining valuable industry experience while taking home a salary. Perfect if you’re looking for an alternative to the traditional university route or perhaps, you’re looking for a new way to progress your career while in an established role.

Food & Beverage and Chef
Food & Beverage and Chef programmes for our Hospitality Team Members, including Hospitality Service, Barista and a fantastic Chef Academy programme.
Reception, Membership and Sales
Reception, Membership and Sales programmes designed to support our Member Support Teams, including Business Admin and Customer service for our member support teams.
Property and maintenance
Property and Maintenance programmes, ideal for career starters, facilities service and Operational Facilities Managers.
DL Kids and Crèche
DL Kids and Crèche programmes from our DL Kids Coach Apprenticeship with sports qualification embedded to Early Years Programmes, perfect for those with a passion for supporting the next generation of members.
Leadership and Management
Leadership and Management Programmes support leadership development in a variety of ways, from Leisure Duty Manager programmes to Leadership Degrees.
Club Support
We are thrilled that we can offer a wide range of apprenticeships relevant for our Club Support teams, so whether you are a new recruit of an existing team member looking to future proof your skills there is something for you. There is something for each department from Project management to Accountancy & Tax apprenticeships, Business analyst, Cyber security or even Payroll and Human Resources apprenticeships at various levels.
