Now the nights are drawing in and the leaves are turning orange we thought it was time to add some seasonal dishes to our menu. We've got some great new meals perfect for those colder autumn evenings, but don't worry, we've kept some menu favourites including our member inspired dishes.
Why not mix up your breakfast routine and try our new high protein pancakes? Packed with blueberries, banana and a drizzle of maple syrup, they're sure to get you off to the right start.
If you're looking for something for lunch then try our smoked mackerel salad. It's rich in vitamins and omega-3. Under 600 calories our smoked mackerel is served with mixed leaf salad, omega seeds, a hard-boiled egg, as well as a lemon and yoghurt dressing.
