We’ve created something special at David Lloyd Clubs: tailored experiences to support women through every life stage. That includes our new pregnancy and post-natal fitness and wellbeing sessions, designed to help you move safely, feel good and build strength. And now, we’re launching expert women’s health seminars across all our clubs, covering everything from periods to menopause.

Wellbeing takes many different forms. At David Lloyd Clubs, you’ll find all kinds of spaces and experiences to help you recharge and reconnect, from fitness and recovery to socialising. As a member, you can truly prioritise yourself, and what you need that day, whatever stage of life you’re in.
Our new women’s health seminars are led by our in-club Female Health Leads, covering key topics such as periods, fertility, perimenopause and menopause. These sessions are designed to empower you with knowledge, break down taboos and give you practical tools to feel your best. Members can book onto a session using the David Lloyd Clubs app.
We've created a new take on our much-loved Battlebox circuit-training classes: meet Battlebox & Buggies.
This session blends functional strength, cardio and mobility in the great outdoors, tailored for pre- and post-natal parents. Whether you're preparing for birth or easing back into exercise, you'll move safely, feel supported and stay active — with or without a buggy in tow.

Enjoy a special pre- and post-natal version of our signature SPIRIT class. These sessions blend yoga, Pilates and meditation to support you through pregnancy and post-natal recovery. Designed to help you move with purpose, ease tension and reconnect with your body, one breath at a time.
If your life stage involves children, we’ve thought of them, too. Our Clubs offer baby swimming lessons, kids’ activities and the Rebels classes for family time — all in safe, supervised environments. We've thought of the smaller details, too. Practical touches like family changing areas, buggy space, parent parking and high chairs in the Clubrooms mean you can focus on your own wellbeing while your little ones are looked after too.
