From HIIT to Holistic to Les Mills, there is so much to choose from on our group exercise timetable so it’s hardly surprising that classes are big news at our club. We run more than 130 classes in our High Impact, Mind & Body, and Group Cycling studios every single week. And we make sure that our timetable works well with the DL Kids programme too so that the whole family can spend time in the club together.
