Orangetheory is the ultimate workout, but you will feel seriously good afterwards. You’ll wear a heart rate monitor and have to try to work out in your ‘Orange’ zone, where you’re burning the most fat. Don’t worry our lovely instructors will explain everything! There is so much to choose from on our group exercise timetable, it’s hardly surprising that classes are big news in our club. We run more than 130 classes in our High Impact, Mind & Body, and Group Cycling studios every single week. And we make sure that our timetable works well with the DL Kids programme too so that the whole family can spend time in the club together.
Group Exercise at Enfield
Our members not only love all the classes we put on in the club, but an added benefit is that they can use our Orangetheory® studio for free too. With access to an Orangetheory, Mind & Body, High Impact and Group Cycling studio, it’s not hard to see why group exercise is such a hit at Enfield.
