Give Pilates a try to build strength and work on your core, or choose yoga to increase flexibility, tone your muscles and relax. With a huge screen simulating sprints and climbs in all sorts of different scenery, our virtual Group Cycling classes take group exercise to a whole new level – and lots of new places! Group cycling is a great way to exercise, whatever your level or ability and because lots of the classes will be virtual, we’ll run plenty each day, so you’ll never have to wait long for our next session.
