Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. A slower-paced and gentle form of yoga that provides a good introduction to the basic yoga poses.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by linking postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as ‘Flow Yoga’, Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are the same.
Yoga is inclusive in nature and open to anyone who wishes to practice it. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to relax and move, although we advise you ask your doctor first.
Experienced yoga instructors are on hand to guide you through every bend and stretch in our sessions. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners everyone is welcome to practice, regardless of ability level.
