Whether you’re a complete novice or an old hand, you’ll find a fantastic range of holistic classes in our Mind & Body studio to suit you.  We’ve got brilliant Yoga and Pilates instructors, running really popular sessions.  Yoga and Pilates both build up your strength – Pilates also works on your core while Yoga can make you more flexible and relaxed, helps improve your energy levels and muscle tone.  We love BODYBALANCE™ classes here too – it’s a fantastic combination on Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi – why not try it out?
