We make it easy to enjoy yoga classes in our Manchester Trafford City studio. Our inspiring instructors will guide you through the movements, whether you're into Hatha, Ashtanga or Vinyasa yoga. Yin yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-placed class with a meditative feel. You'll mainly work with floor poses while seated or reclined.

Ashtanga yoga

Our Ashtanga yoga classes give you a dynamic workout. You'll build strength, increase endurance and get a cardio kick.

Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through physical poses, held for longer than in most other classes, as well as breathing techniques and sun salutations.

Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by linking postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Sometimes referred to as ‘flow yoga’, no two classes are the same.

Yoga classes for beginners

Our experienced yoga instructors will patiently and expertly demonstrate and guide you through the movements. They can adapt postures and sequences to suit every level, so you'll feel comfortable no matter where you are in your yoga journey, including as a total beginner.

What to bring to yoga at David Lloyd Manchester Trafford City & how to book

We'll provide everything you need in our yoga classes, such as mats and props, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing, and it's a good idea to have a water bottle on hand if you're doing a dynamic yoga class.
