If you’re looking to enjoy meaningful time as a family, our Signature Classes offer the perfect way to stay active together while having fun. Parents and children can take part in the classes together, from calming SPIRIT sessions to more energetic REBELS BLAZE and BATTLEBOX classes.

A unique HIIT class for families with 8-13 year olds. Set to an awesome mix of music, including feature weeks with bespoke playlists, it's the ultimate immersive workout.

Older kids and teens can enjoy independence and a world of choice at David Lloyd Kingston. With our Fitness into Teens programme, they’ll build confidence in the gym, stay active and develop lifelong healthy habits.

They can join in on energising classes like REBELS BLAZE or head to te pool for a swim. And if they need a quiet place then the Clubroom is perfect for catching up on homework - or with friends.

David Lloyd Kingston is a place to come together as a family, whether you're feeling active or just want to unwind and connect.

You can enjoy one of our group exercise classes, specially designed to be enjoyed as a family, or take dip in the heated pool together.

Our spacious Clubroom is the perfect place to socialise and feel at home. Share a delicious family meal, refuel after getting active or help the kids out with their homework in a comfortable space.

It’s easy to order food and drinks
