After you've rolled up your mat, enjoy a few lengths in our heated indoor and outdoor pools or make time for relaxation in our spa. A slower-paced session, you’ll hold postures for longer periods of time in Yin than other yoga classes. With a greater focus on meditation and reflection, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and revitalised.
In this class, you’ll experience a dynamic form of yoga. Positions are short and strong, helping you to improve endurance and focus.
Yoga is open to anyone and everyone, regardless of ability.
All of our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will patiently and expertly guide you. They are able to adapt postures and sequences to suit every level, so you'll feel comfortable no matter where you are in your yoga journey, including as a total beginner.

In addition to our yoga classes, we offer Pilates mat classes. Pilates focuses on strengthening the core to benefit the whole body, but there's usually some flexibility work, too.
We'll provide everything you need in our yoga classes, such as mats and props, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing, and it's a good idea to have a water bottle on hand if you're doing a dynamic yoga class.
