Hatha yoga

One of the types of yoga we offer is Hatha. This practice aims to bring balance to mind and body starting with sun salutations, as well as poses, or asanas, held for longer than in most other yoga classes. It's designed to help you maintain overall health and well-being as you match breathing to body positioning.

Vinyasa yoga

The idea behind Vinyasa yoga is to flow seamlessly from one pose to another, connecting movement to breath - that's why it's sometimes referred to as ‘flow yoga’. Vinyasa classes are full of movement, leaving you feeling energised and rebalanced.

Pilates in Southampton

In addition to our yoga classes, we offer Pilates mat classes. Pilates focuses on strengthening the core to benefit the whole body, and there's usually some flexibility work, too.
