One of the types of yoga we offer is Hatha. The idea behind Vinyasa yoga is to flow seamlessly from one pose to another, connecting movement to breath - that's why it's sometimes referred to as ‘flow yoga’. Vinyasa classes are full of movement, leaving you feeling energised and rebalanced.
