One of the types of yoga we offer is Yin. A slower-paced class, in this practice you'll hold poses for longer periods of time than other styles of yoga. With a greater focus on meditation and resilience, it'll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
The idea behind Vinyasa yoga is to flow seamlessly from one pose to another, connecting movement to breath - that's why it's sometimes referred to as ‘flow yoga’. Vinyasa classes are full of movement, leaving you feeling energised and rebalanced.
As well as yoga, we have Pilates mat classes. These sessions give you a full-body workout with a special emphasis on strengthening the core, and there's usually some flexibility work, too.

Our experienced yoga instructors will guide you through every pose and flow, providing advice and correction when necessary. They can adapt the sequences for different abilities, so beginners can mix with more experienced yogis.
