Welcome to our health club in Southampton

We’re located just opposite the famous Ageas Bowl, home to Hampshire County Cricket Club. Full of friendly staff, all providing a brilliant service, our members often describe the club as their second home.

Our gym team is here to help you achieve your fitness goals, and with a newly upgraded and redesigned gym packed full of the latest equipment and popular gym floor classes, you’ll see results in no time. If you need some extra motivation then why not try one of our popular group exercise classes. Challenging and full of energy, our instructors will make sure you’re getting the most out of every session. With specialist studios for classes such as Group Cycling, there's plenty to try out. We've also introduced brand new Battlebox classes so you can take your group exercise experience outdoors into the fresh air. What’s more, our kids' activity timetable is designed to match up with many of our classes, meaning you can enjoy your session knowing the kids are in safe hands.

More than just a gym

We want to make sure that our club is about more than just hitting the gym or playing tennis. With a lovely social atmosphere, there is always something going on to get involved with, whether that's our popular family Fridays, long-standing book club or our fun quiz nights. Right at the centre of the club sits our DLicious cafebar. Looking out onto our indoor tennis courts, this provides perfect place for a post workout catch up with fellow members, or dinner with the kids after school. During the summer months there is nothing better than sitting on our outdoor terrace area to enjoy a glass of wine with friends, or taking a dip in our heated outdoor pool.

We're also really proud of our spa facilities, ideal for easing those tired muscles after time in the gym. If you want to make the most of our new spa facilities and perhaps spend time relaxing in our sauna or steam room, then leave the little ones with the DL Kids team - they will make sure the kids are entertained whilst you enjoy some 'me time'.
