Whether you’re very experienced or a total beginner, you’ll find a fantastic range of holistic classes in our special Mind & Body studio. It’s set away from the rest of the gym, to help make sure every class is as quiet and relaxing as possible. Yoga and Pilates are really popular, with amazing instructors. They both build up your strength – Pilates also works on your core and cuts stress, while yoga makes you more flexible and relaxed, tones your muscles and boosts your energy levels.

You’ll find a fabulous range of group exercise classes here at David Lloyd Royal Berkshire. Our three group exercise studios mean that we can offer more than 120 classes every week, so there really is something for everyone. From heart-pumping classes in our Group Cycling studio, to fantastic high intensity classes such as BODYPUMP™ and BODYCOMBAT™, there’s a lot to get you in a sweat.
