We make it easy to enjoy yoga classes in our Poole studio. Our inspiring instructors will guide you through the movements, whether you're into Hatha, Ashtanga or Vinyasa yoga. Multiple sessions throughout the week make it easy for you to choose a class based around your schedule.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by linking postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Sometimes referred to as ‘flow yoga’, no two classes are the same.
Hatha yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through physical poses, held for longer than in most other classes, as well as breathing techniques and sun salutations.
Our experienced yoga instructors will patiently and expertly demonstrate and guide you through the movements. They can adapt postures and sequences to suit every level, so you'll feel comfortable no matter where you are in your yoga journey, including as a total beginner.
You don't have to be strong or flexible when you start yoga at David Lloyd Poole - these are things you can build from regular classes! You'll also bring harmony to both body and mind through movement and breathwork.
We'll provide everything you need in our yoga classes, such as mats and props, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing, and it's a good idea to have a water bottle on hand if you're doing a dynamic yoga class.
