Get ready. A storm is coming. Cyclone, our brand new group cycling class uses Stages bikes to provide a workout that will help you to become stronger, fitter and faster. Climb the hills, ride the roads or time trial across the flats – every class will be different. Your performance is displayed so you can push yourself to the limit and track your power, speed and distance with customised training plans and profiles.
BLAZE is the ultimate full-body workout. Set in its own purpose-built studio, it combines cardiovascular and resistance training with boxing and martial arts skills to give you a workout your body won’t be forgetting in a while.

Take on a HIIT class as a family with our new BLAZE REBELS sessions. Suitable for kids aged 8+, BLAZE REBELS classes feature short bursts of activity to get the heart pumping, combining mixed martial arts with cardio and strength training in each 35 minute session. Our specially-selected playlists will give you plenty of motivation too, meaning it's the perfect way to enjoy a dynamic family workout.
Exercise should always be fun and functional – and with our new outdoor Battlebox classes for adults and families, you’ll get the opportunity to reclaim a sense of play in your workouts. Battlebox will challenge you physically and mentally with its combination of full-body fitness training, high-energy challenges and teamwork - all set in the great outdoors.
Spark your body into life and burn some serious energy in our new HIIT class: ING1TE. Created exclusively by David Lloyd Clubs, IGN1TE takes inspiration from mixed martial arts. Classes will test your whole body as you kick, punch, jump, run and push yourself to the limit.
You’ll work through a series of exercises, culminating in one final round where you’ll be challenged to get through as many reps as possible. Our expert coaches will help you get the most from each session, leaving you full of positive endorphins and ready to tackle the rest of your day.
Give yourself time for a moment of escape with SPIRIT, our latest holistic class. SPIRIT has been exclusively created by David Lloyd Clubs and combines elements of yoga, Pilates and meditation to provide an energising yet calming workout.
Set to subtly motivating music, each session journeys through exercises and postures that will enhance your strength, power and flexibility, before ending with a relaxing period of meditation to help reset your mind and body.
