With High Impact, Mind & Body and Group Cycling studios conveniently located within the club, you’ll never run out of something new to try here. Members tell us they love our spacious studios – you could be trying a high intensity class, working up a sweat with 49 other group cycling enthusiasts, or toning and stretching in a spacious yoga session. Whether you’re a seasoned class-goer, or you’re completely new to group classes, there’s sure to be something that takes your fancy.

Here at Poole, we run 105 classes a week, including group cycling classes, plus a brilliant range of Holistic, High Impact and functional training. We often receive really positive feedback from members who love the classes and the instructors who run them – they’re highly trained and experts at helping you get the most out of every class.
