David Lloyd Poole is located next to Parkstone Grammar School, just up the hill from the large Fleetsbridge Tesco supermarket. Our club is packed full of brilliant facilities and our members love that there’s always something for the whole family to enjoy.

With a brilliant range of facilities, there’s plenty of choice to keep your fitness routine exciting. Our large and spacious gym has recently been transformed to enhance your workout and boost your exercise options.  We've added plenty of the latest gym equipment and technology, while our friendly gym teams are always on hand to offer help should you need it. Plus, we have an amazing range of racquets facilities, perfect for a complete beginner or a competitive player. If you've never tried tennis, now could be the perfect time to pick up a racquet. We've got courts both inside and out, meaning you can continue to play whatever the weather. Enjoy a game of tennis in the glorious sunshine, and once you’ve finished your match you can continue enjoying the sun in our outdoor pool.

Plus, we all like a bit of 'me time' every now and then, so you'll love the refreshed spa facilities we have for you to enjoy. Recently upgraded and complete with a superb new sauna, it will be the perfect place to relax after a long day at work, or somewhere to ease those muscles after a hard workout.
