Yoga includes physical postures or ‘asanas’, breathing techniques and meditation. It can transform your health on many different levels, improving balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. Our yoga classes will help to create balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.
Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Slower-paced and gentler, it provides a good introduction to basic yoga poses.
Joining together yoga and mindfulness, the special session incorporates an extended period of mindfulness and relaxation at the end of the class. Bringing balance and harmony to both the body and mind, it will reduce stress, feeling you feeling calm and peaceful.
Yoga is gentle in nature and a good option for all ages and abilities. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.
