Rhythm

Our instructor-led group cycling class, Rhythm, will get your heart pumping and leave you feeling energised. Try our 45-minute sessions for a mind and body workout that uses inspiring playlists to tune your muscles and unlock your emotions, leaving you ready to take on the world.

Blaze

Set in its own purpose-built studio, Blaze combines cardiovascular training with strength, boxing and martial arts skills to give you an intense full-body workout you won’t forget in a hurry.

Cyclone

Get ready. A storm is coming. Cyclone, our brand new group cycling class uses state-of-the-art Stages bikes to give a workout that will help you to become stronger, fitter and faster. Climb the hills, ride the roads or time trial across the flats – classes are varied and are perfect for anybody keen to improve their cycling performance with the help of our expert instructors. Your stats are displayed on screen as your ride, so you can push yourself to the limit and track your power, speed and distance as you go.
