Yoga is open to anyone and everyone, regardless of ability.
All of our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will patiently and expertly guide you. They can adapt postures and sequences to suit every level, so you will feel comfortable no matter where you are in your yoga journey, including as a total beginner.
Yoga is a holistic form of exercise, which means it helps you take care of both your mind and your body. As well as fitness benefits - improved strength, flexibility and posture - research has also linked yoga to reduced stress and enhanced mood.
A regular yoga practice can support you in other types of exercise and in your daily life, whatever age you decide to start. The benefits become even more significant as you move through life, helping to improve flexibility and balance in a joint-safe way.
We'll provide everything you need in our yoga classes, such as mats and props, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing, and it's a good idea to have a water bottle on hand if you're doing a dynamic yoga class.
