You become part of a team for 6 weeks at a time, enjoying a series of personalised and progressive strength and conditioning workouts. Supported by your expert instructor and like-minded team-mates, you’ll run, squat, lift, stretch, smile, push and pull your way through each and every workout to give you focused and significant results.
