Picture yourself drifting away on soft, reclining beds surrounded by lush greenery, as the gentle sounds of the outdoors help you unwind. Soothe tired muscles in the revitalised hydro pool, breathe in the fresh air, and let the serene atmosphere wash over you. And for the ultimate wind-down, step into our new outdoor sauna – the perfect way to relax, warm up, and let go. It’s the perfect sanctuary to re-balance your mind, body, and soul — and it’s about to become more beautiful than ever.
Sauna and steam rooms in Coventry
Our spa facilities are tailormade for relaxation, but they also offer the health benefits of heat therapy. We know how much our members love our spa facilities, so we've just refurbished our existing sauna and added a brand-new sauna.
In case the dry heat of the sauna isn't quite to your taste, we also have a steam room.
Whatever kind of heat therapy you choose, after your session you can refresh yourself with a lovely cool shower in our changing rooms. You'll also find GHD hairdryers and straighteners, spacious lockers and plentiful dressing-table areas to help you get ready for the rest of your day.
