Iyengar Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is not only meditative but also physically challenging. You’ll focus on correct breath to create a seamless flow of postures.

Hot Yoga takes place in our heated studio, helping to provide a deeper muscular workout, aid with poses and increase intensity where required. This session can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master, anyone can attend. Pregnant women are welcome in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you to consult your doctor first.
