Delta
Delta is a group training option that we've created to bring inspiration and community to your training.
Set in a state-of-the-art, dedicated training studio, prepare to be inspired and motivated by your expert Delta coach fast tracking you to peak fitness. Working in small groups of like-minded people, Delta sessions incorporate fun, education, variety and progressive programming to help you move better, become fitter and feel stronger.
Coming in 2024: The Rig
The innovative Rig is a training space that will allow you to customise your gym workouts. This is functional training at its best, working muscles throughout the upper and lower body. Make each workout different, or take part in one of our regular classes. They’re led by our expert coaches and are a great way to get to grips with the kit.
Introducing Body Hub
Looking for a full picture of your fitness and wellbeing? Our Body Hub is the intelligent analysis machine you need. Quick and easy to use, it’s the perfect way to get to know your body, giving you data on everything from your hydration levels and muscle mass to weight and ‘BioAge’ - the rate at which you’re ageing on the inside. Once you have your data, you can sync it up with the David Lloyd Clubs app to set goals and track your progress.
