We're creating a new Spa Retreat at David Lloyd Beckenham as part of our £6.4m transformation of the club. Once it's complete, you'll be able to use hot and cold therapy to melt away any tension or post-workout soreness.

Saunas and steam rooms in Beckenham
Our spa facilities are tailormade for relaxation, but they also offer the health benefits of hot and cold therapy. Our steam rooms will feature bespoke aromatherapy blends designed to soothe stress. We'll also have two saunas, with higher heat and lower humidity. After your session, you'll be able to refresh with a dip in the cold and crisp plunge pool or with a scented spa shower.
