Our Battlebox outdoor training facility will challenge you physically and mentally with its combination of full-body fitness training, high-energy challenges, teamwork and fresh air.
Combining cardiovascular training with strength, boxing and martial arts skills, Blaze is a boutique-style, high-intensity session held in a purpose-built studio. Synced to upbeat dance music and dynamic coloured visuals, this full-body workout takes place across three zoned areas to provide a fast-paced and fun way to test yourself.
