Renowned for its healing properties, our crystal steam room features a genuine amethyst stone and is infused with the scent of Rosemary and Patchouli to reduce stress.
Our citrus steam room combines the benefits of citrus essential oils to leave you feeling refreshed and energised.
Set at a slightly lower temperature, the dry heat of our salt sauna improves sleep quality, aids minor respiratory conditions and enhances your mood.
We've infused our ice cave with a refreshing Alaskan mint essence. Used in rotation with our heat rooms, it will assist in cooling, boosting circulation and reducing inflammation.
Set at a temperature between 10-12 degrees Celsius, immersion in cold water between heat treatments can soothe tired muscles, improve immunity and boost circulation.
