BLAZE

BLAZE is our original signature class and it's a high-intensity workout that mixes running, lifting and punching into one powerful session. You’ll move between treadmills, weight benches and boxing zones testing your strength, stamina and willpower every step of the way.

But you don’t have to go it alone. Your BLAZE trainer will be right there to guide, support and challenge you, so you can push hard but at your own pace.

It's a motivating and high energy workout that you'll need a Myzone belt for.

IGN1TE

IGN1TE ENERGY is the ultimate cardio and strength fusion class. Experience athletic movements and skill-based challenges. Fuelled by pumping music, this workout will IGN1TE your endorphins!

Kick, punch, and strike into life’s higher gear. IGN1TE STRIKE is a martial arts-inspired cardio class that fuels speed, strength, and motivation through adrenaline-boosting music to help you fight life’s stresses.

Battlebox

Experience the ultimate outdoor total body workout with BATTLEBOX. You’ll build strength, boost endurance, and push your limits through functional training, agility drills, and team challenges. Designed to motivate and inspire, every session leaves you fitter, tougher, and ready for anything. Or, if you're a new parent, come and try our Battlebox & Buggies class.

Rebels

For families with children aged 8 and over, come along and try the fun Rebels versions of our Signature Classes, including Rebels BLAZE, Rebels Battlebox and Rebels IGN1TE. All designed to help build fitness and confidence.

Saddle up and get ready to ride. Whether you’re climbing hills, racing the flats or pushing through a time trial, CYCLONE challenges you. Your instructor will guide you through every stage with a high-energy playlist to keep you going. After each session, you’ll get post-ride stats so you can track your progress and smash your next goal.

Our HIIT classes are for everyone, not just for advanced fitness fans. You’ll still be challenged to get the heart pumping, but the power required will differ from person to person, so it will be at a pace that feels right for you. Participants of all levels can expect to enjoy a workout in a fun group environment that will help you to become stronger, fitter and faster.

HIIT classes are included in your membership and you can book them via the David Lloyd App up to nine days in advance. You'll also have access to the gym, pool and Clubroom. Plus, Platinum members can also enjoy our luxury Spa Retreat and Spa Garden.
