This workout comprises of 3 styles: Plyo- with plyometric based exercises, Strength- using bodyweight and resistance and Cardio- using high and low impact bodyweight exercises. The class style will change week to week, to give you variety and ensure you gain an all round approach to GRIT. If you are new to exercise, we recommend you speak to the instructor before the class for suitability and/or level options.
