The Spa Retreat at David Lloyd Shrewsbury is helpfully located next to the swimming pool so you can move with ease from workout to whirlpool.

Outside, you'll discover the enchanting Spa Garden where you can relax on a comfortable lounger, bask in the warmth of the fire pit, or immerse yourself in the hydro pool. It will be the ideal place to rest aching muscles and calm the mind, all while enjoying the benefits of being in nature.

Give the exciting game of Padel a try! It’s a faster, more intense version of the tennis you already know and love – with some elements of squash thrown in for good measure. Popular in Spain, this sport is played in pairs on an enclosed court about a third the size of a standard tennis court.
