Battlebox training area
With our outdoor Battlebox training classes for adults and families, you’ll get the opportunity to reclaim a sense of play in your workouts. Ride an endorphin high through dynamic bootcamp-style sessions in the fresh air.
Signature Classes
As well as classic classes, we have our Signature range. These are fresh takes on all-time favourites, such as yoga and HIIT. If you've ever wanted to try a new way to work out, these sessions are for you.
Spark your body into life and burn some serious energy in our HIIT class: ING1TE. These sessions will test your whole body as you kick, punch, jump, run and push yourself to the limit.

Give yourself time for a moment of escape with SPIRIT, which combines elements of yoga, Pilates and meditation to provide an energising yet calming workout.
Set to subtly motivating music, each session journeys through exercises and postures that will enhance your strength, power and flexibility, before ending with a relaxing period of meditation to help reset your mind and body.
