Exercise should always be fun and functional – and with our new outdoor Battlebox classes for adults and families, you’ll get the opportunity to reclaim a sense of play in your workouts. Battlebox will challenge you physically and mentally with its combination of full-body fitness training, high-energy challenges and teamwork - all set in the great outdoors.
HIIT Classes
We've developed our very own signature HIIT class, BLAZE. With a unique purpose-built studio, BLAZE is a combination of cardio, boxing and martial arts designed to give you a fun, powerful and energetic workout session for the whole body.
Alternatively, spark your body into life and burn some serious energy in our brand new HIIT class: ING1TE. Created exclusively by David Lloyd Clubs, IGN1TE takes inspiration from mixed martial arts. Classes will test your whole body as you kick, punch, jump, run and push yourself to the limit.

Group Cycling Classes
Our group cycling studio is home to a range of group cycling classes that will give your cardio endurance a boost.
Cyclone uses Stages bikes to provide a workout that will help you to become stronger, fitter and faster on a bike. Climb the hills, ride the roads or time trial across the flats. Plus, you see your stats as you ride, so you can push yourself to the limit and track your power, speed and distance.
If you prefer a more laid back cycling workout, why not give Rhythm a try? Led by our brilliant instructors and set to inspiring playlists, you’ll be able to work your body, free your mind and immerse yourself in a challenging group cycling class that's like a party on a bike.
Are you ready to stretch, balance and flex your way into fitness? Our yoga classes are led by expert instructors, who will help you strengthen your muscles, improve your posture and melt away stress.
Our Mind and Body studio is also home to SPIRIT, a bespoke class that combines elements of yoga, Pilates and meditation for an energising yet calming workout.
