As part of our £5.5 million transformation, this year we've created all-new studios. Stretch, flex and sweat in a fresh, perfectly designed environment.
Join us and in addition to all our other fitness facilities, you'll gain access to a comprehensive timetable of exercise classes, led by expert instructors. As well as classic classes, explore the exclusive range of Signature sessions, designed to give you an innovative way to work out. Now that our new Studio Hub is complete, we have the classes to help you reach your goals in a supportive, motivational space.
Mind & body
Our yoga and Pilates classes provide a full-body workout, as well as giving you space to find your focus and match your breathing to your movement. We have both mat and Reformer Pilates sessions.
SPIRIT, from our Signature class range, combines elements of yoga, Pilates and meditation to provide an energising yet calming workout. You can also enjoy SPIRIT Sound meditation and Dance meditation.
Spotlight on Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is the workout of the moment, and it's here to stay. It's a full-body, sculpting, strength-building session that can easily be adapted to different fitness levels.
Cardio
Raise your heart rate with our cardio classes. These sessions will help you build stamina, endurance and overall fitness, as well as giving your day an injection of energy.
We also have several cardio classes as part of our Signature class range, such as Rhythm, a group cycling class that's basically a club night on a bike.
Spotlight on BLAZE
BLAZE is a fiery HIIT session held in a purpose-built studio with integrated heart rate monitoring. These classes have a dedicated following - for good reason. Fun, fast and fierce, it's a workout like no other. But for all that, it's still suitable for different levels of fitness, and our specially trained instructors will make sure you get the most out of each class, even if you're totally new to HIIT.
Strength & conditioning
Sculpt your body and build muscle tone in our strength and conditioning classes. We provide the weights kit and instructors; you provide the power. You can also book aqua classes in the pools to build strength in a joint-supportive way
