As part of our £5.5 million transformation, this year we're creating all-new studios. Stretch, flex and sweat in a fresh, perfectly designed environment.
Join us and in addition to all our other fitness facilities, you'll gain access to a comprehensive timetable of exercise classes, led by expert instructors. As well as classic classes, explore the exclusive range of Signature sessions, designed to give you an innovative way to work out. Once our new Studio Hub is complete, we'll have the classes to help you reach your goals in a supportive, motivational space.
It's not just about the exercise classes at our club. Become a member and you'll be able to take a 360-approach to your wellbeing, looking after your physical and emotional health with our wide range of facilities. Depending on the type of membership you choose, you’ll also have use of the gym, swimming pool, spa, racquets courts and Clubroom. What's more, you'll find facilities for kids and families.
Which classes will be available in Notting Hill?
Barre fitness and dance; yoga and Pilates; group cycling and circuit training - and those are just the beginning. We'll have a session to suit your mood, with a wide variety of classes on our weekly timetable.
Strength & conditioning
You'll be able to sculpt your body and build muscle tone in our strength and conditioning classes, including aqua classes in the pools to build strength in a joint-supportive way.
Cardio
Raise your heart rate with our cardio classes. These sessions will help you build stamina, endurance and overall fitness, as well as giving your day an injection of energy.
We also have several cardio classes as part of our Signature class range. BLAZE is a fiery HIIT session held in a purpose-built studio with integrated heart rate monitoring.
Mind & body
Our yoga and Pilates classes will provide a full-body workout, as well as giving you space to find your focus and match your breathing to your movement. We have both mat and Reformer Pilates sessions.
SPIRIT, from our Signature class range, combines elements of yoga, Pilates and meditation to provide an energising yet calming workout. You'll journey through postures that will enhance your strength, power and flexibility, before ending with a relaxing period of meditation to reset your mind and body.
