Members tell us that they love having so much to do, all under one roof – something they just can’t get anywhere else in the area. Our swimming facilities are particularly popular, as we have four pools including the only outdoor pool in Norwich. We also offer a great range of group exercise sessions, including brand new Battlebox classes to enjoy outdoors during the brighter months. We pride ourselves on offering a welcoming, friendly environment for you and your family to spend time and love receiving positive feedback from members who love their club. More than just a gym

If, like us, you enjoy a drink outside in the sunshine, you'll love time spent on our outdoor terrace - it's the perfect place to relax and to enjoy a glass of wine after work in the sunshine. Don't worry if the weather isn't looking great, you can eat inside in our DLicious cafebar, where you'll be able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner from our DLicious menu. We've also got plenty for the kids, our kids playframe will keep them happy whilst you enjoy your coffee.
