Our Luton studio offers yoga classes throughout the week, making it easy for members to find a class to suit their busy schedule. We also offer Pilates mat and Reformer classes.
Want to try a fresh take on the classics? We're delighted to bring you SPIRIT. This is a boutique-style class, designed exclusively for David Lloyd Clubs, that combines elements of yoga and Pilates. Set to music, the session will uplift and inspire you.

Yoga is open to anyone and everyone, regardless of ability.
All of our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will patiently and expertly guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt postures and sequences to suit every level, so you'll feel comfortable no matter where you are in your yoga journey, including as a total beginner.
Yoga is a holistic form of exercise, which means it helps you take care of both your mind and your body. As well as fitness benefits - improved strength, flexibility, balance and posture - research has also linked yoga to reduced stress and enhanced mood.
A regular yoga practice can support you in other types of exercise and in your daily life, whatever age you decide to start.
In addition to our yoga classes, we offer Pilates mat and Reformer classes. There are similarities between these two low-impact workouts, but one of the key differences is that Pilates involves more movement within the poses you hold. Pilates focuses on strengthening the core to benefit the whole body, but there's usually some flexibility work, too.
We'll provide everything you need in our yoga classes, such as mats and props, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing, and it's a good idea to have a water bottle on hand if you're doing a dynamic yoga class.
