Once your studio redesign is complete, you'll be able to enjoy Reformer Pilates classes. These sessions are an excellent way to work out, helping you to build strength and improve flexibility. Our inspiring expert instructors will guide you through how to use the Reformer machines, so you get the very best out of each session. We'll also offer taster classes to anyone new or returning to Reformer Pilates.

Signature Classes
Our Signature Classes are innovative, boutique-style sessions, exclusive to David Lloyd Clubs. Enjoy fresh takes on all-time classics including yoga, Pilates, group cycling and HIIT.

Give yourself time for a moment of escape with SPIRIT, which combines elements of yoga, Pilates and sound meditation to provide an energising yet calming workout.
Set to subtly motivating music, each session journeys through exercises and postures that will enhance your strength, power and flexibility, before ending with a relaxing period of meditation to help reset your mind and body.
Spark your body into life and burn some serious energy with ING1TE, one of our Signature HIIT classes. Each session will test your whole body as you kick, punch, jump, run and push yourself to the limit.
You’ll work through a series of exercises, culminating in one final round where you’ll face an AMRAP challenge -as many reps as possible. Our expert coaches will help you get the most from each session, leaving you full of positive energy and ready to tackle the rest of your day.
