New to Cycling classes and want to learn more before you book your first class? This 30 minute session will be an introduction to the benefits of classes such as Group and Stages Power Cycling. You will take part in a 15 minute cycling class so you can experience the different style of cycling class (RPM/Group or Stages Cycling) and have any of your questions answered. The aim of the session is to help you feel more confident when you attend your first class with us. You will be active during the session, so workout kit is a must!
