This form of yoga is known for its use of props - including belts, blocks, and blankets - as aids in performing postures and characterised by great attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment. We recommend this class for members that are experienced in yoga practice.
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by linking postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as ‘Flow Yoga’, Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are the same.
Ashtanga is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga. A set series of poses is performed, always in the same order. Physically demanding due to the constant movement from one pose to the next, expect to build up a sweat.
Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are completely new to yoga, or have been practicing for years, we welcome all.
