HIIT Classes
We've developed our very own signature HIIT class, BLAZE. BLAZE is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) programme that provides a unique combination of cardiovascular, strength and combat training, all under the watchful eye of a cutting-edge heart rate monitoring technology system. Our expert trainers will maximise your calorie burning potential by ensuring you have perfect form and running efficiency.

Group Cycling Classes
Our group cycling studio is home to a range of group cycling classes that will give your cardio endurance a boost. We added all-new bikes in February 2025 for an enhanced experience.
Cyclone uses Stages bikes to provide a workout that will help you to become stronger, fitter and faster on a bike. Climb the hills, ride the roads or time trial across the flats. Plus, you see your stats as you ride, so you can push yourself to the limit and track your power, speed and distance.
Alternatively, ride, move and feel with Rhythm. Led by our brilliant instructors and set to inspiring playlists, you’ll be able to work your body, free your mind and immerse yourself in an challenging group cycling class that's like a party on a bike.
With a focus on building core strength while improving posture, balance and flexibility, Pilates sessions at David Lloyd Kensington concentrate on slow and measured movements in order to create leaner, stronger core muscles. We offer both mat and Reformer Pilates classes.
Reformer Pilates
With Reformer Pilates, exercises are performed through greater ranges of motion and involve increased resistance provided by a specialist frame. Develop control, stability and strength with both beginner and intermediate classes scheduled throughout the week.
Our fitness studios have all the kit you need for each class, from yoga mats to weights.
