Here at David Lloyd Kensington our timetable features a range of different yoga classes. Set in our dedicated Mind and Body studio, they're the perfect way to stretch, increase your flexibility, boost muscle strength and tone, as well as to relax and relieve stress.
Cyclone, our new group cycling class, uses Stages bikes to provide a workout that will help you to become stronger, fitter and faster in the saddle. Climb the hills, ride the roads or time trial across the flats – every class is different and is perfect for anybody keen to improve their cycling performance with the help of our expert instructors. Your stats are displayed on screen as you ride and you can track your performance after each class, so you can push yourself to the limit and view your power output, speed and distance.
Rhythm is a unique new cycle class to work your body and free your mind. With mood lighting and inspiring playlists, you'll experience an immersive workout that tunes your muscles and unlocks your emotions.
In each 45 or 60 minute class, you'll ride to the beat whilst living in the moment and being at one with your feelings. Sharing this experience with your fellow riders will make you work harder, feel stronger and leave ready to take on the world!
With a focus on building core strength while improving posture, balance and flexibility, Pilates sessions at David Lloyd Kensington concentrate on slow and measured movements in order to create leaner, stronger core muscles.
Different from our mat-based studio Pilates classes, with Reformer Pilates, exercises are performed through greater ranges of motion and involve increased resistance provided by a specialist frame. Develop control, stability and strength with both beginner and intermediate classes scheduled throughout the week.
