These sessions concentrate on different postures and breath to bring balance and harmony to body and mind. They will help to reduce stress, improve your flexibility and build strength. Classes are led by an on-screen instructor.
These classes provide a good introduction to the basic yoga poses. Slow-paced and gentle, they aim to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation.
In Vinyasa Yoga, you will coordinate your breath with each movement to flow from one pose to the next. Classes are physically challenging as well as meditative.
Broga® is high energy whole, upper or lower body yoga-based session that will not only strengthen and tone your body but leave you feeling mobile and flexible. Slightly more challenging, it incorporates traditional yoga posed to significantly open up tight areas like the shoulders, hips and hamstrings.
These classes are similar to regular Broga® except they are led by an on-screen instructor. They are high energy and will focus on either your upper, lower or whole body. You will work on your strength, flexibility and mobility.
Yoga classes for all ages and ability
Yoga is open to anyone and everyone, regardless of age, ability or injury. Whether you are a beginner or master, anyone can attend. We are happy to take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you consult your doctor first.
