New to Strength, Conditioning and HIIT classes and want to learn more before you book your first class? This 30 minute session will be an introduction to the benefits of classes such as HIIT, Circuits and Core. You will take part in a 15 minute 'learn the moves' session so you can experience some class content, and have any of your questions answered. The aim of the session is to help you feel more confident when you attend your first class with us. You will be active during the session, so workout kit is a must!
